The Problem
What we tried to solve
- Our Plansource ben admin platform was so huge that previously not everything was created or updated using the same design system.
- The employee facing side was not at all updated for over a decade and the designs were too outdated.
- Previously responsiveness was not at all a point of focus. As a result our Benadmin platform was not at all responsive.
- By introducing a new design system our aim was to bring a consistency between all different styles existing in the current platform and defining the components so that UI team could reuse created components in a better manner.

This effort helped the design and front end team mostly. Since libraries were defined it was able to reduce the code redundancy and increased efficiency of the developer teams.
